We understand that circumstances may arise where you may need to request a refund. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted, the process for requesting a refund, and any related terms.

By enrolling in our courses or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds under specific circumstances outlined below:

a. Course Cancellations

If KIDSCODERS LTD cancels a course due to insufficient enrollment, technical issues, or any other reason beyond our control, you are eligible for a full refund. You may also choose to apply the fee toward another course offering.

b. Withdrawal Requests (Before Course Start)

If you decide to withdraw from a course before it begins, you are eligible for a refund as follows:

  • 100% Refund: If withdrawal occurs at least 7 days before the course start date.
  • 50% Refund: If withdrawal occurs less than 7 days but before the course start date.

c. Withdrawal Requests (After Course Start)

If you withdraw from a course after it has begun, you are generally not eligible for a refund. However, under certain exceptional circumstances (such as a medical emergency or other unforeseen events), we may consider partial refunds on a case-by-case basis. Any such refunds will be at the sole discretion of KIDSCODERS LTD.

d. Digital Content & Course Materials

Refunds are not available for digital content or course materials that have already been accessed, downloaded, or delivered unless a defect is found in the content. If you experience issues with the materials, please contact us immediately, and we will work to resolve the issue.

2. Refund Process

If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the conditions above, please follow the steps below to request your refund:

a. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please send an email to info@kidscoders.co.uk with the following details:

  • Your full name
  • Course title and start date
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Any relevant documentation (if applicable)

Refund requests will be processed within 5-7 business days. We will notify you via email of the status of your request.

b. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase (e.g., credit card, PayPal). Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the funds to be reflected in your account.

c. Partial Refunds

If you are granted a partial refund under exceptional circumstances, the percentage of the refund will be based on the remaining portion of the course and its services, as determined by KIDSCODERS LTD.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

The following situations do not qualify for a refund:

  • Change of Mind: Refunds will not be issued simply because you changed your mind or found a similar course elsewhere.
  • Failure to Attend: No refund will be given if you fail to attend a scheduled class or session, whether live or pre-recorded.
  • Technology Issues: It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the necessary technology (computer, internet connection, etc.) to access our courses. Refunds will not be granted for failure to access course materials due to technological problems on your end.

4. Course Transfers

If you are unable to attend a course but would like to transfer your enrollment to another course offered by KIDSCODERS LTD, you may do so by contacting us at least 7 days before the course start date. Transfer requests are subject to availability and approval.
